Department of Forest Ecology and Management at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) is organizing the 12th BIOGEOMON conference in June 2026.

Associate Professor and DIWA Principal Investigator Hannu Marttila is co-chairing the following session at the conference together with Irena Creed.

“Natural and Restored Peatland – Effects on Carbon Cycling, Hydrology, Greenhouse Gases and Biogeochemistry”

Call for Abstracts is still open, but will close on 6th of February!
